research overview

  • Working from long-standing experimental cinematic forms, and combining a study in mindfulness practice with the neuroscience and psychology of natural contemplative brain pathways, my work aims to prevent audience immersion into the diegesis and involvement in the mind's 'Default Mode Network', while inspiring open awareness of the internal present narratives conditioning the experience of the viewer.
