  • Professor Mountin runs the Civil Practice Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School. He focuses his attention on economic justice issues, primarily in the fields of landlord-tenant and labor and employment law. More broadly, he is interested in poverty law and access to justice issues, including the role of civil law enforcement by government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels to guarantee protections of civil rights for all those regardless of income.
